Privacy Policy

Little Doses is operated by Bianca Berwick. This policy explains the information handled when parents and caregivers use the Little Doses mobile app.

Little Doses is an organizational medication logging tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dose recommendations.

Account information may include your email address, password, and an optional display name.

Family and medication information may include a child's name, date of birth, optional photo, medication names, dosage information, schedules, notes, dose logs, and caregiver invitations.

Technical and service information may include device type, operating system, app version, push notification tokens, basic usage and crash information, subscription status, and purchase history.

Apple's App Privacy label currently states “Data Not Collected.” Apple notes that privacy labels are provided by developers and are not verified by Apple. This policy describes information handled to provide account and app features.

Information is used to provide dose logging, schedules, reminders, history, syncing across devices, caregiver sharing, PDF exports, purchases, support, security, and app reliability.

Caregiver sharing happens when an account holder sends an invitation. Invited caregivers can access only the family information they are authorized to use.

Little Doses does not sell personal information.

App information is stored and processed using Google Firebase services, including authentication, database, and file storage services. Apple processes App Store purchases and subscriptions.

Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transmission and account access controls, are used to protect it.

Information may be shared with caregivers you invite, service providers needed to operate the app, or when disclosure is required by law.

Little Doses is intended for parents and caregivers. The app does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Child profile information is entered and managed by the adult account holder.

Information is retained while an account is active. You can correct or remove information in the app, turn off notifications in the app or device settings, and request a copy of your information.

You can delete your account and associated data from App Settings. For deletion help, email bianca@eclipsefnq.com.au. Personal information will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate purposes such as purchase records.

Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. In Australia, personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where applicable.
